Bu grubun en yayg\u0131n kullan\u0131lan iki y\u00f6ntemi <strong>MIG\/MAG<\/strong> ve <strong>TIG<\/strong> kaynak teknikleridir. MIG\/MAG, \u00f6zellikle seri \u00fcretim yap\u0131lan metal e\u015fya imalat\u0131nda, otomotiv ve genel imalat sanayinde y\u00fcksek h\u0131z ve verimlilik sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in tercih edilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MIG\/MAG kayna\u011f\u0131nda, s\u00fcrekli ilerleyen bir tel elektrot, kaynak par\u00e7as\u0131 ile tor\u00e7 aras\u0131nda ark olu\u015fturur. Koruyucu gaz; eriyen tel ve kaynak banyosunu atmosferdeki oksijen, azot ve nemin olumsuz etkilerinden korur, diki\u015fin mekanik \u00f6zelliklerini ve y\u00fczey g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc do\u011frudan etkiler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">MIG ve MAG Kayna\u011f\u0131 Aras\u0131ndaki Fark Nedir?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MIG ve MAG, ayn\u0131 ekipmanla yap\u0131lan fakat kullan\u0131lan gaz t\u00fcr\u00fcne g\u00f6re isimlendirilen iki uygulamad\u0131r:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>MIG (Metal Inert Gas)<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Koruyucu gaz: <strong>\u0130nert gazlar<\/strong> (\u00e7o\u011funlukla saf argon veya argon\/helium kar\u0131\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tipik kullan\u0131m alan\u0131: <strong>Al\u00fcminyum<\/strong>, bak\u0131r ve paslanmaz \u00e7elik gibi oksitlenmeye hassas, y\u00fcksek ala\u015f\u0131ml\u0131 malzemeler<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>MAG (Metal Active Gas)<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Koruyucu gaz: <strong>Aktif gaz i\u00e7eren kar\u0131\u015f\u0131mlar<\/strong> (argon + CO\u2082 veya argon + O\u2082 gibi)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tipik kullan\u0131m alan\u0131: <strong>Karbon \u00e7elikleri ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck ala\u015f\u0131ml\u0131 \u00e7elikler<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Do\u011fru gaz se\u00e7imi yap\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda; s\u0131\u00e7rama art\u0131\u015f\u0131, n\u00fcfuziyetin yetersiz kalmas\u0131, diki\u015fte g\u00f6zenek (porozite) ve istenmeyen sertlik yap\u0131lar\u0131 gibi problemler g\u00f6r\u00fclebilir. Bu y\u00fczden MIG\/MAG kaynak prosesinde <strong>koruyucu gaz se\u00e7imi<\/strong>, kaynak makinesi ayarlar\u0131 kadar kritiktir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">MIG\/MAG Kayna\u011f\u0131nda Kullan\u0131lan Koruyucu Gazlar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O\u011eULGAZ, farkl\u0131 malzemelere ve kaynak pozisyonlar\u0131na uygun geni\u015f bir <strong>koruyucu gaz ve kar\u0131\u015f\u0131m<\/strong> portf\u00f6y\u00fc sunar.
